2009: Kurins v. Silverman, 2009 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 21301 (S.D.N.Y. 2009) (RICO complaint in a shareholder derivative action upheld; case settled for approximately twice the amount that had been previously offered); In re G-1 Holdings, Inc., No. 02-3082 (D.N.J.) (After a four week bench trial, objection to IRS Bankruptcy proof of claim seeking $300+ million in taxes sustained); Aaron v. Aaron, 64 A.D.3d 1103 (N.Y. App. Div. 3d Dep't 2009) (Court affirmed trial court ruling, following a trial handled by Mr. Burstein, that the beneficiary of a will was not obligated to make subsequent bequests to her son); Board of Mgrs. of 195 Hudson St. Condominium v. 195 Hudson St. Assoc., LLC, 63 A.D.3d 523 (N.Y.
